Strength in Body & Mind

My love for health and fitness started when I was young but grew into a lifestyle in my second year of university. I discovered how vital staying active and healthy is to taking on challenges in life. It empowered me, taught me a lot about myself and gave me a new found self respect. Today, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into my profession. Since 2019 I’ve been working as a qualified personal trainer in South West London, guiding my wonderful clients towards a more rewarding, sustainable and healthy lifestyle.


Throughout my time working with a diverse group of clients, I hold the upmost respect for the truth that everybody is unique, each with their own personal battles, goals and lifestyle. I will listen carefully, commit to you fully and dedicate my time to construct a plan and training schedule perfect for you. I will design this according to your individual fitness experience and preferences. I focus on variety, functionality and doable challenge, to add vigour, independence and excitement to your workout.
